Catching up with my RGSS++ Code

I’m revisiting my RGSS++ code with the goal of making it adaptable to different genres—platformers, puzzle games, visual novels, and more. That means I need to ensure the system is highly modular and decoupled from the standard RPG structure. Essentially, I’m building a flexible game framework rather than just an RPG engine. This also allows for deeper puzzle mechanics in Eternal Eden and a more dynamic battle system.
