I’ve decided to go all-in on the Mandela Edition for the next two months. It’s going to be intense, with almost 16-hour days and just short breaks in between.
During September, I was caught up doing food deliveries to make ends meet. Unfortunately, this job seriously slowed down updates on the website and progress on the game projects. Grr, that’s just not going to cut it if I want to meet my goals.
But the release of the Mandela Edition is a massive deal, so I’m choosing to prioritize it over my financial worries. I’m even willing to take on financial struggles, like ignoring upcoming bills and even considering personal bankruptcy as a last resort, just to make sure the Mandela Edition is a success. If it comes to bankruptcy, it might impact the future of the Eternal Eden games and this Mandela project could mark my final release, as I’m not as young as I used to be and these challenges take a toll on my health.
If you want to support a smoother development journey, consider grabbing the Master Bundle DLC for the Mandela Edition, currently available in the store section. Your support means the world and will help fund the Eternal Eden Reboot, Eternal Eden 5, and all our future projects.
I’m giving it my all to make the Mandela Edition a reality.
It’s amazing to revisit the 2008 version and reconstruct it with a fresh perspective and new story segments. It’s come a long way since I first announced it last year. I think it’s a bit like what they did with some spin-off versions of the Kingdom Hearts series (I’ve only played Kingdom Hearts 2).
Stay tuned for more updates!
